34 cases of anterior lingual gland cyst were surgically removed,accompanied simultaneously by ipsilateral or bilateral adenectomy.

对34例舌前腺囊肿患者采用在手术基础上以切除同舌前腺治疗舌前腺囊肿。

Conclusion:The best procedure for anterior lingual gland cyst was surgically resection with ipsilateral or bilateral adenectomy.

舌前腺囊肿以手术切除囊肿及同舌前腺为最佳方案且疗效确切。
