Two palms facing each other rapidly roll-knead the held part of the body with relative force and move upwards and downwards repeatedly. This manipulation is called foulage.

用双手对用力，对被挟持的肢体做快速的来回搓揉，并同时作上下往返移动的手法，称搓法。
