There's an old Italian phrase I like, to describe especially daring circus performers. they do the salto mortale. It means they do a somersault, on a tightrope, without a net.
Every evening, under the big top at the Phare Circus, audiences watch mesmerized as acrobats and artists jump and somersault, dance and paint, execute midair flips and twist into pretzels.
" Caper as you like, it won't wash out your crimes. Daenerys Targaryen is no silly child to be diverted by japes and tumbles. She will deal with you justly" .
Which was easy tuxedo. It looked like they were pengrinning from ear to ear, that they took one look at the ocean and wanted to flip, that they were glad to be beak.
