What are the corresponding words for the kinds of pictures that people usually can take in their daily life? 老百姓日常拍的照片有哪些?
There are quite a few so let me go through them one by one. 挺多的，我一个一个说吧。
The most common pictures that people take can be portraits.
Selfies can also be considered as portraits if you might. 自拍也可以算作人物照的一种，如果你想的话。
Along with that, I’m interested in scuba diving, so whenever I go diving...
This kind of photography is again very technical but if you know what you are doing, it’s really really fun.

You click pictures of things that are really, really, really small, for example, you can take a butterfly and click pictures of its eye, or you can take a picture of a single drop of water and click a picture of something reflecting from the drop of water.

Telephotography refers to the type of photography in which you have a very professional long lens.
一个标准的给定义句式。
Capture pictures of stars or birds 捕捉画面即照相，但capture的使用更加强调了动态和时机的重要性，绝不是那种模特摆拍哈~
Adam具体描述了一下极光，hin有画面感：
Well yes, definitely. The light can be usually green but then sometimes it can be red or blue. They are really dynamic and very colorful.
