I worked in South America a few years ago and then in Africa last year for six months.

It was amazing.

There are a lot of jobs for volunteers in Africa.

I chose to work with animals and I helped look after young elephants.

Many people do volunteer work in other countries.

But you must think about it carefully.

It isn't easy work.

You have to work long hours and sometimes things are very different from your own country.
