Welcome back to HealthNut Nutrition. Today we're in the kitchen making breakfast, of course,
'cause that seems to be my favorite meal of the day, and today's recipe is an egg and potato breakfast skillet.
And this is perfect for really any meal. You can have it for breakfast, brunch,
lunch, dinner, linner, dessert. I don't know if it'd be a dessert, but late-night snack?
I don't know. This is delicious and I kinda made this recipe
on the fly one morning when I was just kind of using leftovers in the fridge.
I made this for Matt and I and it was delicious. And usually I'm not as much of a savory breakfast person
as I am a sweet pancake person, and I really enjoyed this recipe, so I hope you guys do too.
