Method A new procedure low sigmental-cystectmy which includes resection of the trigone of bladder, prostate, vesicula seminalis, extremity of ureter, was performed on 8 patients aged 28 to 57 years.

法以切除包括膀胱三角区及周围组织、前列腺、精囊、端输尿管膀胱法为8例(龄28～57岁)施行手术。

19 cases had dilated seminal vesicles,19 seminal vesicle agenesis,9 seminal vesiculitis and 5 dilation of the ejaculatory duct.

伴有精囊腺扩张19例,精囊缺如或发育不全19例,精囊炎9例,射精管扩张5例。
