Sub-health is a state between healthiness and disease, its symptoms present on every aspect of somatology, psychology, affection, mentation and behavior.
And so there's this line between useless mentation and cogitation, thinking useful, you know, I call it constructive anguish, certain amount of plotting and planning that makes sense.
