They do have the tostada in Mexico, but a tostada is used to sort of like an open-faced taco to put stuff on top of, and then you'll put your salsa on top of that.
So you would add it to the top of a taco or a tostada, whereas the mole, it would be like, you know, chicken mole typically has like the chicken completely drenched in the sauce when it hits the table.
