Method A new procedure low sigmental-cystectmy which includes resection of the trigone of bladder, prostate, vesicula seminalis, extremity of ureter, was performed on 8 patients aged 28 to 57 years.

法以切除包括膀胱三角区及周围组织、、精囊、下端输尿管的下半膀胱的法为8例患者(年龄28～57岁)施行手术。

进讨由于射精管梗阻引起的精囊囊肿的治疗。

19 cases had dilated seminal vesicles,19 seminal vesicle agenesis,9 seminal vesiculitis and 5 dilation of the ejaculatory duct.

伴有精囊扩张者19例,精囊缺如或发育不全者19例,精囊炎9例,射精管扩张5例。
