This is thought to be a type I or type IV hypersensitivity reaction, and is typically a response to a medication like NSAIDs, penicillin, and diuretics.
And I just felt really relieved to know that once you have successfully raised that map, there is evidence it's safe to give diuretics if the patient needs it.
I had, the evening before, drunk plentifully of a most delicious wine called glimigrim, (the Blefuscudians call it flunec, but ours is esteemed the better sort, ) which is very diuretic.
There's also the possibility that caffeine's diuretic quality can cause dehydration, which can make you feel tired (though some studies have suggested that caffeine doesn't dehydrate us nearly as much as we've been led to believe).
