Main macerals of hydrocarbon generation are sporinite, cutinite, alginite, bituminite, liptodetrinite and desmocollnite in source rocks from Jurassic coal measure in Northwest China.
A small quantity of sporinite and cutinite were identified in addition to the majority of the hydrocarbon-forming micro-components that mainly occurred as matrix vitrinites.
Experimental measurements verified that similar to bR, AR not only remains its biological activity in proteoliposome, but also keeps a preferred orientation in self-assembly.
It is found in the enzyme cytochrome c oxidase, which is part of the respiratory electron-transport chain, and in the protein plastocyanin, which is involved in photosynthetic electron transport.
Meanwhile, the slug adjusts its gene expression to improve its relationship with the chloroplasts and removes damaged plastids to avoid accumulation of potentially damaging chemicals.
