Pascal Cotte in Paris who runs a company called Lumiere Technology, has got an amazing method of photographing a picture called multispectral scanning.
When the Lumiere brothers went to film the crowning of Tsar Nicholas II in Russia in 1896, the camera's ticking noise led people to believe it was a bomb.
I guess the most famous of these was by the Lumiere brothers from France, and they called their system the cinematograph which of course is where the word cinema comes from.
But it was really the cinematograph, which was brought about by the Lumiere brothers, that saw it in context of an audience and a screen and people watching together.
