The cessionary shall strictly observe contracts on the use of trademarks and abide by regulations of the will of the licenser concerningmarketing, clients, prices, quality, and advertisements.

被可人在销售、户、价格、质量及广告宣传方面，应当严格遵守商标可合同，服从可人的意志的规定。
