Article 30 A pawn ticket is a loan contract between a pawnshop and a pawner, and is the credence of payment of pawn money to the pawner by the pawnshop.

第三十条票典行与户之间的借贷契约，典行向户支付金的付款。

If a pawnshop comes into any agreement with a pawnor concerning anything that is not included in the pawn ticket, a supplementary written contract shall be concluded.

典行和户就票以外事项进行约定的，应补充订立书面合同。
