The typical injuries for swimmers were muscular chronic injuries at spine region,rotator cuff injury,anterior talofibular ligament injury,and patellar enthesiopathy.
CONCLUSION:The combination of LSPR with adductor tenotomy can effectively ameliorate lower limb spasticity and movement with decreased operative damage.
