To remove bound CoA from the protein, the protein solution was buffer exchanged into 10 mM citrate (pH 5.0)–1 mM TCEP by using an S1Y10 spiral cartridge (Millipore).
We test the product, and it goes through a certain process so that it`s, like, nice and fine, and then we add it to the ink cartridge and we test it if it`s printing or not.
So how does it work? Instead of having cartridges filled with various coloured inks, the 3D food printer has rows of syringes filled with different ingredients.
