The present work focuses on the microscopic elastoplasticity deformation andoverall elastoplastic behaviour of metal matrix composites reinforced by short fibers.
This paper is absolutely top tier bang for the buck and I am really excited to see some more elastoplastic simulations in all kinds of digital media in the future.
In terms of limitations, considering only elastic deformation of bolts and linings has been assumed in the proposed model, further elastic-plastic analysis is expected in future work.
