Beliefs in personal efficacy affect life choices, level of motivation, quality of functioning, resilience to adversity and vulnerability to stress and depression.

We all have inside us what we might term a true working self, a set of inclinations and capacities that long to exert themselves on the raw material of reality.

Therefore, self-efficacy or the belief that you can do something is a counter-effect.

This adds to the difficulty of creating efficient technology: ideally all the waves would travel smoothly and regularly along the same straight line.

That there, my friends… is most likely a very underperforming KN95.

Yeah, I think as I age and as I grow, and the like, I guess avenue of like highest optimization will change.

If that efficiency doubles, then we willl need half of that area.

And part of the appeal of new electrification models such as off-grid solar, for example, is they can often bypass the glacial pace and inefficiency of government.

And we'll talk about work by Bandura on self-efficacy, or by Nathaniel Branden on self-esteem.

In practice, we reached 1.7 times the performance of a traditional wind turbine.

As mentioned earlier in this video, productivity doesn't just revolve around your work.

The deficiency is not in the matter itself, but is projected upon it.

Outside the personal commuting or running errand scenes, we think they're going to be great on distribution centers, supermarket stores, like warehouses, for example, where it's not fully automated but that still require lots of people walking around.

People who tend to feel badly about themselves have less self-efficacy, which in turn makes you feel more ashamed and then it's just a vicious cycle.

Now, the RT-PCR test may improve over time, but it's clear that chest CT had higher sensitivity early on in the disease for patients sick enough to present to hospital settings in China.

I believe by banning the energy inefficient light and disposable batteries, the planet would be a better place in both flora and fauna, as well as people will live healthier lives.

Along the same lines, drugs that reduce the effect of aldosterone can also cause hyperkalemia, and these are drugs like renin inhibitors, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, selective aldosterone blockers, and potassium-sparing diuretics.

And there are some quick and easy steps that could reduce emissions globally: more energy efficiency, less leaking methane, an end to fossil fuel subsidies and a ban on inefficient coal-fired power plants.

I also did a summary of this book, the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, I'll leave a link in the description below if you'd like to check out that video.

That's bad news for the environment — and our wallets — as these outdated devices consume much more energy than the newer ones that do the same things.
