Objective To summarize the results and experience of supraorbital keyhole approach used for the patients with tumors or aneurysms at superincumbent sellaturcica.
Distinct series on head region included the nasal, supraorbital, infraorbital, postorbital, oral, mandibular, gular, supraspiracular series and pair of dorsal line on the body.
Results MRI appearances of painful ophthalmoplegia syndrome included patch or small nodule abnormal signal at the region of fissura orbitalis superior. The ipsilateral cavernous sinus was enlarged.
