Methods 36 cases of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions received hysteroscopic adhesiotomy, then IUD were placed to treat with artificial menstrual cycle for 3-months.
Objective: To explore the prevention of adhesion of uterine cavity or endocervical canal by installation of T type intrauterine device after hysteroscopic electroresection.

Results In the 21 cases,there were adhesion in 6 cases,volvulus in 1 case,neoplasm in 8 cases,external hernal in 1 case,fecalith in 1 case,intussusception in 2 cases and inflammation in 2 cases.
