Phenolic resin was modified respectively using four latexes of butyronitrile-butadiene,carboxylic butyronitrile-butadiene,styrene-butadiene and pyridine-butadiene.
The changes of intrinsic viscosity and end carboxyl group content with temperature and time were studied for poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT), PET and CDP.
The carboxylic content in oxycellulose was analyzed quantitatively by FTIR using KSCN as internal standard.Calibration curve with good linear relationship was obtained.
It was found that the compounds are adsorbed on the Ag surface through the carboxyl oxygen atoms, the benzene adopts acclivitous conformation, others lie low on the Ag surface.
This happens because albumin has acidic amino acids, like glutamate and aspartate, which have some carboxyl groups that are in the form of COO- or COOH.
