The best book on tennis I've ever read is “The Inner Game of Tennis” by Timothy Gallwey.
It makes you realize that the way your conscious mind thinks about things can get in your way.
“Stranger in A Strange Land” by Robert Heinlein is my favorite science-fiction book.
Most of the books Heinlein wrote were pretty straightforward.
“Stranger in A Strange Land” is so much more complicated than the other ones.
My favorite book on Abraham Lincoln is “Team of Rivals” by Doris Kearns Goodwin.
It's just very well-written.
It's very readable.
And you do get a sense of a pretty special person.
