This is my kitchen. And I've missed you guys.

It's been a long time since we've filmed in here, since we've baked in here, and you've been asking for recipes.

And I've been digging around, doing research, trying to find really delicious, slightly healthier versions of things that I love. And one thing I love. . . is pancakes.

These aren't just any old pancakes.

These are super easy to make, nutrient-rich, delicious pancakeswho doesn't want that? It's a super simple recipe.

Three ingredients: one egg, one banana, and a handful of oats. So, you kinda can't mess it up. Enough talking about pancakes.

Let's go make them so we can eat them!

Step one: You'll take your banana.

And it can be a ripe banana; it can be a mushy banana. It doesn't really matter. All you have to do is smoosh it.
