Objective To explore a way of mini-abdominoplasty for the patients with midline scar in lower abdominal wall.

目的:探讨一种采用进的垂直切口矫治腹壁纵行瘢痕和凹陷畸形的腹部整形手术方法。

Satisfied result was achieved with additional aesthetic effect of the abdominoplasty and no obvious scar was made over the breast region.

使用这种方法，术后胸口没有明显的疤痕组织，而且获得令人满意的，此之，患者可以额得到腹部整形的好处。
