- So today we are challenging James, a chef, and Jamie, a normal, to create a dish from the Roman times.
We've provided all of the ingredients that we can source and that are still available these days and we're gonna see if they can cook up a decent attempt at a particular dish.
Boys, this is gonna be a challenge, but it's going to be, I think, a lot of fun and really interesting.

- I know they were really good at building straight roads, but what were they like at cooking?
