It's Natasha from natashaskitchen.com. We are making breaded chicken skewers.

This recipe is an oldie but a goodie.

My Aunt Tonya gave this recipe to me years ago, and our family has loved it ever since.

So let's get started.

You'll need about 10 to 12 small skewers, and you do wanna make sure that they fit the length of your skillet.

I highly recommend using a nonstick pan because it'll be much easier to flip the skewers, and I will link to my favorite skillets in the recipe notes.

To start, you'll need two pounds of chicken breast.

You'll wanna cut those up into bite-size pieces, each about 3/4 inches wide.
