By get a journal, I mean go to a bookstore and buy one of these.
And by use a journal, I mean this.
Inside of a journal, You will have lots of pages, and some of them will even have dates on them.
You can use a journal to write down the new words that you learned that day.
You can use a journal to write down what you're planning to do tomorrow.
You can use a journal to practice some writing each day, and then when you go back and look at what you've done after a week or two, you'll be really impressed.
