This is pronunciation lesson 3 for my Brazilian subscribers, my Brazilian friends.
This video is going to be about some sounds that maybe you haven't even thought about.
And the first one is "ear" and "year".
Can you hear the difference?
So when I'm saying "ear", I'm pushing a lot of air out of my diaphragm.
And it's hitting the back of my throat.
And when I say "year", I've got some tongue action going on…and my tongue is going back.
So that's the one that you want to practice.
