《最强英音》
「最强英音」系列我希望一直写下去，
因为这些都是绝好的英音典范。
我有责任掘地三尺，将他们挖出来分享给伙伴们，
让大家可以有更多的英音素材用于平时的练习。
今天，我要给大家介绍的是Neil McCaul. 其实关于他的介绍，真的很少。我自己也都觉得似乎在哪些电影中的某些场景中看到过这张脸，但始终想不起来。比较被大家熟悉的可能是他在Gnomeo & Juliet出演的角色。
但这无法掩盖他相当纯正的发音，甚至你会觉得他的口音和油炸叔、Hugh Bonneville（唐顿庄园主）相当相似。这就是纯正英音带来的标准感。从他们的部分元音的处理上，可以发现他们略带TRP或者CGB的特征。我会在稍后的发音特征中分析一下。
这里要说的是这个视频，刻画得入木三分。三个甲方总是刷存在感，在专业配音员面前。他们班门弄斧地提各种要求，但又描述不清。说了半天也只能用“点多一些力量，多一些惊喜”来表述。最后，突发奇想地让配音员情景还原，想象自己见到了一头狮子。自以为是地将自己弄成了一个笑话。做甲方的伙伴们，今后如果挑选好了专业的乙方，那就都交给乙方去做吧。
只是，看到这一段备受煎熬的配音经历，我倒想起了正在参加《船长朗读纠音班》的小伙伴们。大家每天的练习应该有比较雷同的感受吧。顺便提一句，第27期纠音班的扩招班（3班）最后只剩下少量空位，大家可以进入微信社区了解上船信息哦。

Client C:Yes, maybe we can…like keep the pace, but slow down some of the words.
Producer:Ok, great. So a bit of emphasis and watch out for ‘Prime’, keep the energy, but a bit slower. Got that Vince? Ok, let’s go again.
Vince:Learning with CRG English Prime enables your workforce…
Client A:Hold it, wait… It’s not ‘Prime’. It’s ‘Prime’.
Client C:‘English Prime’.
Vince:‘English Prime’, like that?
Client A:That’s it.
Vince:Learning with CRG English Prime enables…
Client A:‘English Prime’. It’s ‘Prime’.

Client C:I’m sorry. I’m just not sure about the word learning.
Client B:I was just thinking the same thing.
Client A:What do you got in mind?
Client C:How about knowledge? It just seems much more aspirational.
Client B:Knowledge makes so much more sense.
Producer:Look, look, Okay, I’m sorry. I really think we’re overlooking this paragraph. Okay, let’s move one.. I think we all know when you say the same line over and over it loses all meanings so… is that Ok with everyone if we come back to this later?
Okay, Vince. Trusted and proven, next line when you’re ready.

Producer:Nicely done, Vince. How was that?
Client A:Yes, we really need to bring more energy to ‘as standard’. We specifically put that in bold.

Producer:Nicely done, Vince. Lots of energy in there. Everybody happy?
Client A:No. Look, we really need to add to this. It’s a major selling point. No one else has a reporting ‘as standard’.
Client C:It’s almost like it needs…surprise.
Client B:Lots of energy. Lots and lots of energy for this one.
Producer:Can you go again, Vince?
Vince:I’ll try.
Producer:We’ll get there.

Client C:That sounded the same.
Producer:Definitely a lot of energy in there.
Client C:It just doesn’t feel like genuine surprise to me.
Client B:It needs to be shocked, right?
Client A:Try to understand no one else has this feature.
Producer:Okay, so uh, I think what we’re, um…
Client C:Ok. How about this? And Vince, um, try this, all right? Imagine you’re walking down the street. It’s just an ordinary day. Everything’s fine, and then suddenly, you see a lion. Yeah, it jumps out at you. ‘As standard!’ Yeah? Imagine it’s a lion.
Producer:All right, Vince. Good, let’s, let’s just, um…let’s just really push this one, okay? Let’s go for it, and se what happens, Okay? Here we go.

在TRP或者CGB中，梅花音的发音位置比当今的MRP更靠上，听觉感受上浅且扁平一些。
在清晰的发音中，类似 as standard的两个相近辅音/z/ /s/是可以清晰保留的。
