Uh, so, in this episode, we're going to try and make one of the oldest versions of pizza to ever exist.

Now, I know modern day pizza have its origins based in Italy.

But the history of pizza goes back much further than that.

I mean, if you start to break it down, pizza really is just a type of flatbread, right?

And many cultures throughout history have had their own type of flatbread pizza, long before the cheesy, saucy version we've all come to know and love.
