1.OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of fetal bovine serum (FBS) and artificial perilymph (APL) on the differentiation of neural stem cells from newborn fetal guinea pigs.

目的体外定向新生豚鼠海马神经干胞分化为内耳毛胞。

2.It is concluded that for the first time the present study shows that plumbagin can inhibit cell proliferation, block cell cycle and induce apoptosis of APL cell line NB4 cells.

本研究首次证实醌能够抑制APL胞系NB4的增殖、胞凋亡及阻滞胞周期进程。
