1.Methods The level of Mg in plasma and within erythrocyte of 25NP women,25 PIH patients and 15 unpregnancy heathy(UH) women are determined.

方法采用全自动生化分析仪测定正常娠(25例)和(25例)患者母儿血浆与红细胞内镁离子浓度,并与正常妇女(15例)比。

2.The morbidity of PIH, premature labor, asphyxia of newborn and fetal death in group B was signifiant higher than that in group A.

组娠血压疾病、早产发生率和新生儿窒息率、死胎发生率于A组。

3.Results The distribution of VEGF in placenta of normal group is similar to that of PIH group.They all are found in villous trophoblast,villous blood vessels and villous strome.

结果VEGF在正常娠胎盘和胎盘中分布基本一致，分布在滋养细胞、血管及绒毛间质。
