The External Laryngeal Nerve is a motor nerve, innervating the cricothyroid muscle and part of the transverse arytenoid muscle.

喉上神经外侧支为运动神经，支配环甲和部分。

The anterior two third of glottis (phonatory portion), mucosa over the posterior commissure and the arytenoids muscle all remain intact.

此过程只影响状软骨内侧，然而声门前三分之二的发声区，后黏合处的黏膜及状皆保持完好。
