Objective:To explore the effects of surgery for conjunctivochalasis with epiphora.

探讨结膜松弛性溢症手疗效果。

Results During the follow-up period of 6 to 12 months, 41 eyes healed well and both pyorrhea and epiphora had disappeared;1 eye improved and both pyorrhea and epiphora had decreased.

结果经过6~12个月的随访发现，流脓溢症状消失，道冲洗通畅，达到愈标准41眼，流脓溢症状减轻，道冲洗通而不畅，达到好转标准1眼。
