We chose nonextraction therapy to distalize maxillary second molars with facebow and headgear.The final result were excellent occlusal relationship and improved facial esthetic.

本病例不愿拔牙及高度配合意愿下，将上颚第二大臼齿以面弓加上头帽往远心移，并配合定式之矫正装置，完非拔牙的矫正治疗。
