Results Of the 24 cases with fracture and/or dislocation of the lower cervical vertebrae,6 cases had atlantal fracture,3 cases had atlantoaxial dislocation and 3 cases had the axoid fracture.

结果本组36,低颈椎骨折并(或)脱24,寰椎骨折6,寰椎脱3,椎骨折3。结论伤复杂、检查手段不、检不仔细是颈椎损伤漏诊的常见原因。
