1.Purulent sputum, dyspnea, rhonchi bilaterally.

如果端坐引起夜间觉醒，经坐起，为阵发性夜间难。

当白喉在道引起炎症时，通常有咽喉痛和发热，然后由于假膜的阻碍会感到虚脱和难，如果不及时治疗可能会引起窒息。

4.Results Some symptoms,like dyspnea in 7 cases disappeared.Some signs,like hepatauxe in 6 cases were obviously improved.The index of blood gas and nuclein lung scanning in 6 cases return to normal.

结果7例难等症状消失，6例肝脏肿大等体征明显好转，6例血气指标恢复正常，肺核素扫描正常。
