Here, we report a case of an 81-year-old female who suffered from epigastralgia and was diagnosed as tubulovillous adenoma with malignant change of the stomach after panendoscopy with biopsy.

在此我们报告一81岁女，主诉上腹痛，经胃切片检查诊断为绒毛腺管并恶变化，因家属与人不愿接受开刀，故以肿切除处理。
