Conclusion The hypopsia after cataract surgery in the senile patients aged over 60 were mainly caused by keratopaphy, optic nerve atrophy and macularpathy of high myopia.

Results There were 10 patients who underwent plastic and aesthetic surgery had developed severe complications which included blindness in 5 cases and hypopsia in another 5 cases.
