In order to treat the flue gas from edge scarfer, the first horizontal Wet-ESP(WSDB)made in home is developed.In the article, the mechanism and key technique is studied and analyzed in detail.

针对火焰清理机烟气排放,研制出了首台式湿式电除尘器(WSDB),并对该类除尘器除尘机理和关键技术进行了析研究。

The application of the horizontal Wet-ESP has showed it has reached the environment protection standard of the flue gas from edge scarfer, so it can be substitute for the same type machines imported.

现场实测表明,该类除尘器能够满足火焰清理机烟气排放要求,完全可以替代同类进口设备。
