Objective To investigate the effects of micronized fenofibrate on low density lipoprotein (LDL) subfraction profiles in type IV hyperlipidemic subjects.

目的观察微粒化非诺贝特对IV型高脂血症患者血清低密度脂蛋白（LDL）亚组再布的作用。

We separated the subfractions of LDL by precipitating method and density gradient ultracentrifugation, and identified the subfraction by electronphoresis and electron microscope.
