Method To review and analyze medical history,clinical manifestation,results of clinical retroposition of all 56 cases,and summarize the characteristics of CDFI.

方法对56例小儿肠套叠的病史、临床表现、超声图像特征、临床复位结果等资料进行回顾分析,总结超声像学特征。

Establish specific imaging signs of different type IO, raise the rate of early correctly diagnosis of severity type ileus such as volvulus,entocele, intussusception.

建立不肠梗的特像学征象,提高严重肠梗如肠扭转、肠内疝及肠套叠早期正确诊断率。

Results In the 21 cases,there were adhesion in 6 cases,volvulus in 1 case,neoplasm in 8 cases,external hernal in 1 case,fecalith in 1 case,intussusception in 2 cases and inflammation in 2 cases.

结果21例机械肠梗中肠粘连6例,肠扭转1例,肿瘤8例,腹外症1例,粪石1例,肠套叠2例,炎症2例。
