Objective To study the characteristic and regularity of abdominalgia in the patients of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.

目研究肾综合征出血热患者腹痛特点和规律。

Results Clinical symptom of the case in the report was progressively deteriorating in decompensation but without obvious chest pain,bellyache,or burbulence.

结果本例患者临床症状既无明显胸痛,也无腹痛与腹胀,而以进行性呼吸困难为表现。

Here, we report a case of an 81-year-old female who suffered from epigastralgia and was diagnosed as tubulovillous adenoma with malignant change of the stomach after panendoscopy with biopsy.

在此我们告一81岁女性，主诉上腹痛，经片检查诊断为绒毛腺管性线瘤并恶性变化，因家属与病人不愿接受开刀，故以内视肿瘤除处理。
