血液学示有严重高磷血症、低钙血症和代谢性酸中毒。

2.The main adverse reactions were hematologic toxicity. The manifestations were : WBC, neutrophile granulocyte, blood platelet and hemoglobin all decreased, then was digestive canal symptoms.

主要的不良反应为血液学毒性,表现为细胞下降、中性粒细胞下降、血小板下降和血红蛋下降,其次为消化道症状。
