Article 10. Without the mortgagee's approval, a mortgagor shall not lease, sell, transfer possession of or remortgage mortgage property or dispose of it in any other way.

第十条人未经权人同意，不得将租、售、转、再以其他方式处分。

In case both parties agree to let the alienator continuously possess the chattel when the real right of a chattel is alienated, the real right shall go into effect upon the effectiveness of the agreement.

动产权转时，双方又约定人继续占有该动产的，权自该约定生效时发生效力。
