The noncontinuous formic acid Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (APAGE) of wheat gliadin proteins was improved in bisacrylamide concentration,preparation of the gel and extraction method.
The results showed that Abscisic acid (ABA) and ethrel could improve the single cell area of wheat starchy endosperm, thus affect the quality and grain weight of wheat.
The relations among the indexes of tempered wheat a nd untempered wheat are analyzed after comparing the quality of all kinds of tem pered wheats and untempered wheats.
