As the new academic year approaches, I would like to propose a Freshman Orientation Program to help our incoming students adapt to the new environment and academic studies.
The aim of this program is to provide a smooth transition for the freshmen into their new school community. The program will be held over the course of three days, with a mix of workshops, activities, and social events. The program will be open to all incoming freshman students, as well as current students who would like to volunteer as mentors. The program will include workshops on study skills, time management, and college preparedness, as well as activities such as campus tours and team-building exercises. There will also be social events, such as a welcome barbecue and a movie night, to help the students get to know each other and feel more comfortable in their new surroundings.
We believe that this orientation program will be an invaluable resource for our incoming students, helping them to hit the ground running and succeed in their academic studies. We look forward to discussing this proposal further and making it a reality for the upcoming school year.
