In fact, it can be incredibly cool.
So in this house, I have packed it with so much technology, green technology, from producing its own power with solar.
We've also capped off the gas lines and everything in this home is high efficient, electric.
I like to think of it as a step up from a smart home.
We've really now created a genius home.
One of the very first things I wanted to do with this house was help it generate its own power to offset those costs on a monthly basis.
